We offer a private room with own entrance in a brand new house for student or working professional who want to stay in a quiet, very clean and cozy environment.
Room includes Queen bed, Desk/Computer table, Chair and Big closet space. Rent includes all utilities high speed internet, water, heat, hydro and central air. The laundry (washer & dryer) and kitchen are accessible for you to use. This brandnew house has two living rooms, one upstairs for us and one down for you to enjoy with a 50" tv, netflix included and recliner couch.
The room is situated at the back of the house overlooking a garden, very peaceful with lots of natural light and has its own entrance at the back. And the house is 3 minutes drive to the highway where Southgate Plaza is and also you can find the Coffee Shops, Groceries and Restaurants there. For public transportation, 10 minutes walk to the bus stop.
We request no smoking inside the house/room, no pets and strictly no drugs and partying.
